About Me

Hi! My name is Anthony Lowe. I'm from Turlock, California originally, though I've lived all over the Central Valley. Also lived in the SF Bay Area while attending Chabot College and (finally) obtaining my BA in English Literature from California State University, East Bay. I also lived in Funabashi, Japan for a year while teaching English to high school students.

I've been everywhere, man.

I've been writing consistently for a over a decade as a hobby, but only recently made the attempt at publishing my work through professional channels.

As of now, I have two novels from my fantasy/comedy series, Lore of the Reluctant, self-published through Amazon with a third to be produced in the near-future. Additionally, I have stories featured in Outland Entertainment's dark fantasy anthology, Brigands: A Blackguards Anthology and in Zombies Need Brains Publications' Alien Artifacts and My Battery Is Low and It Is Getting Dark.

My most recent work, The Shattered Frontier, is a series of dark fantasy books that chronicle a bounty hunter's adventures across a Western-inspired landscape, where magic is beginning to return in devastating ways. The first two books, What Was Your Name Downriver? and A Bad Rune at Angels Deep are available now, with a third being targeted for later 2021.

My dream is to keep doing this as a living in some capacity, so expect more stories from me one way or another.
